HHOME is proud to say that with each orphan completing the program, they are equipped to enter the workforce with a vocation that not only will increase their quality of living, but increase the neighboring community as well. With a train the trainer approach, each household then becomes empowered and energized for success. Training opportunity costs will vary by the program selected. The approximate costs are quite achievable ranging from $120-$150 per year per student. For as little as $10 per month your sponsorship will provide the tools and training to equip a vulnerable child with the skills to provide from themselves and their extended family.

Year 1:

  • Select program and receive supplies

  • Begin training with qualified instructor

  • Learn to balance their own bank account

  • Begin earning wages

  • Contribute to program cost by working local crops

      as a group

 

Year 2:

  • Required to invest earnings into crop supplies

      and maintenance

  • Continued training

  • Continued budgeting with earned income

 

Year 3:

  • Require to purchase all supplies for the crops

  • Final training up until graduation

  • Qualified to become an instructor for incoming students

  • Bakery/Tea Room

  • Tailor/Sewing

  • Auto Mechanic

  • Technical Arts

  • Computer/Copy/Printing
