Hope House Orphan Care has three sites in the Dowa Region of Malawi.  HH1 is the main campus that has the Feeding center, the pre-school, the mission house, chicken and rabbit coupes, as well as an onsite house for the children's director. Each Hope House location is managed by a site leader who is deeply invested in children's ministry.

Dowa, Malawi is about a hours drive north of the capital city Lilongwe. Our original Hope House Center is in Dowa on our main campus. Our other two centers are up in the hills at villages to the east and north of Dowa. These sites in rainy season are only accessible by a 4WD vehicle.
